Sardine & Strawberry Power Bowl

Looking for a unique, high-protein meal that’s packed with incredible health benefits? This Sardine & Strawberry Power Bowl may sound unexpected, but trust me—it’s a flavor-packed nutritional powerhouse that your body will love!

Ingredients:
3 cups Mixed Organic Greens
1 can of sardines in water (84g)
1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes (100g)
1 medium Red Peppers (120g)
1/4 cup Red Onion
1/4 cup Strawberries
12 Mary’s Crackers (any gluten free crackers)
Simple Balsamic Dressing:
2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs olive oil
Dash Sea Salt
Sprinkle Black Pepper
Instructions:
Slice grape tomatoes in half, slice strawberries, and peppers. Slice red onion very thinly and chop. Add all dressing ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Place all ingredients on a bed of mixed organic greens and top with sardines & Balsamic dressing. Serve with crackers. enjoy!
