Refreshing Mango Lassi

🍹This summer drink is absolutely delicious! 😋 It is high in protein & fibre and ready in no time🌱 Give it a try and let me know your thoughts. 🙌

Ingredients:
1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 🥛
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 🥄
1 tbsp chia seeds 🌱
1/2 tsp ground cardamom ✨
1 tsp honey (optional) 🍯
Ice cubes (optional) ❄️
Instructions:
Combine mango chunks, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, ground cardamom, and honey (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker lassi.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. 🍹💚
